If you are on the hunt for an in person New Year's Eve celebration, the best option I can give to you is either head outside to your town square, or Look for fireworks and head in that direction. The second option will most likely be an adventure. Always fun though. Though if you are like me, you will most likely not want to go outside. I personally enjoy turning on a New Year's Eve party on TV, then open my windows to see and hear the local fireworks. Best of both worlds. Plus, it's been raining for a week here in North Carolina. There probably won't be any fireworks for a day or two. The good thing is that I can still catch it on TV.
