I am honestly shocked to not see Arrival on this list, for dramas. It's one of the best movies I have seen in years. But I haven't seen 4 out of the 5 others, so maybe they are great too? Anyone seen any of these drama nominated films, that thinks they deserve the nod?

I have seen Hell or High Water, and I thought it was great. Totally deserving. Wouldn't be surprised if it wins here, and at the Oscars.

    Best Motion Picture, Drama
    Hacksaw Ridge
    Hell or High Water
    Lion
    Manchester By the Sea
    Moonlight

This is always an odd category that I wish the Globes would do away with. I saw Deadpool and Sing Street. And I enjoyed both quite a bit. Any of these others you think are better (I have yet to see them)? La la land is next to see for me..

Best Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy
    20th Century Women
    Deadpool
    Florence Foster Jenkins
    La La Land
    Sing Street

This really is a weird bunch of films to be in the same category.. they should just do away with this one, and combine the two like the Oscars do. Just nominate all 10 for the same Best Film award and be done with it. Or come up with a better category title.

I must have a really different taste in movies because the only one of these that I've seen this year is Deadpool. It almost seems like the Globes are trying to go out of their way to have unique films in the running over the most popular ones of the year.

I can't agree with you more on this one. I could have sworn some of these went straight to DVD. More than likely it's their way to show that they don't march to the beat of the same drum, which could be both bad and good for them.

I haven't seen 'Moonlight' yet, but the trailer does look super interesting. And as far as BMP- Musical or Comedy, the only one I have seen is Deadpool. Although I would love to say that Deadpool won any award it was nominated for, it just doesn't fit in that category at all. I know enough about the others to say that comfortably.
